GOODNESS, BEAUTY AND TRUTH
Steiner-Waldorf education
This film sets out to show how the Steiner/Waldorf Curriculum is based on Child Development. A step by step account of what children are going through in their emotional, physical & spiritual body in classes 1 to 8 (ages 6 to 14) and how it is mirrored in the curriculum. It is clear and simple with no esoteric jargon.

GOODNESS, BEAUTY & TRUTH is an introductory video on Steiner Education, which focuses on child development, featuring John Burnett, Philip Shinton, Karla Kiniger, Astrid Maclean, Nick Brett, Colum Beagan, Martin Baker and the 1999 Michael Hall Olympics in East Sussex. It is filmed at the Edinburgh Rudolf Steiner School and Garvald Home Farm in the Borders. It depicts Caroline's kindergarten, Mr Darius' class 2 and follows Mrs Maclean's class from class 3 to class 8.

"I think the content is interesting and clear and suitable for the purposes of providing pictures for parents and prospective parents and introducing some of the 'ideas in practice' for students in their first year of study" Trevor Mepham, Steiner Education Pedagogue
